Prices listed on our website do not include painting, floor coverings, window treatments, site prep, house transportation to site, decks, base cladding and tie downs, on-site services (power, water, storm water & sewerage on-site hook up), engineering (if required), on-site permit fees, resource consent (if required), or under floor waste by drainage contractor, as these costs vary from site to site, but can be added at your request.
