Prices listed on our website do not include painting, floor coverings, window treatments, site prep, house transportation to site or tie downs, decks, steps, veranda or base cladding, on-site services (power, water, storm water & sewerage on-site hook up), under floor waste by drainage contractor, engineering or surveying (if required), on-site permit fees, resource consent or council contributions (if required), consent notice requirements listed on the certificate of title, Watercare applications or council service connections, WEL contributions or connection fees (if required), or vehicle crossing. These costs vary from site to site, but can be priced and added at your request for a "turn key" solution.
