We've made new builds affordable with healthy quality transportable housing solutions that are economical, sustainable, and guaranteed quality with high standard of specification.

  • 25mm Metra flooring over 200 x 50 floor joists at 450 centres with 3 rows of 150 x 50 bearers
  • 125 x 125 tana piles as per foundation plan
  • Metrapanel wall and ceiling system as per the drawings
  • Metaline external Colorsteel fascia with gutter system - Colorsteel Endura Range
  • Round PVC downpipes with clips
  • ROOF
  • Timber trusses at 900 centres as per manufactures design
  • 75 x 50 purlins at 900 centres
  • Long run 0.40 colour steel roofing over self-supporting roof underlay - Colorsteel Endura Range.
  • Vantage double glazed powder coated aluminium windows and doors as per the drawings (colour to be chosen Duralloy Generation 2 colour range)
  • Stippolyte obscure glazing to bathroom and WC windows, clear float glass to all other joinery
  • 4.5mm smooth Hardie Flex with PVC jointers and vented soffits as per Metra design manual
  • Soffit and gable overhang as per the drawings
  • There are a number of claddings to choose from, palliside, shadow clad, board and batten, linea, titan board, Colorsteel, timber weather board and hardie plank. Our costs are based on using palliside weather board.
  • Feature cladding - Optional ABODO WD10 vertical weatherboard shiplap to recess outside lounge/dining area
  • Note - our costs are based on direct fixed cladding

  • Site specific - site and drainage plans can be provided as an extra to the contract if required
  • PLB have allowed for all building consent fees ex-yard Huntly
  • PLB to supply code of compliance ex-yard Huntly
  • Onsite permit is not included in our pricing

Prices listed on our website do not include painting, floor coverings, house transportation to site, decks, base cladding and tie downs, onsite services (power, water, storm water and sewerage onsite hook up), engineering (if required), onsite permit fees, resource consent (if required) window treatments, downpipe installation, site prep, and under floor waste by drainage contractor as these costs vary from site to site.
