Window treatments (curtains or blinds), painting, floor coverings, site preparation, transport to site or tie downs, decks, steps, veranda or handrails, base cladding, onsite services – (power, water, storm water & sewerage onsite hook up), under floor waste by drainage contractor, downpipe installation, onsite building consent, engineering, surveying – boundary pegs required on all site (responsibility of owner), resource consent or council contributions, consent notice requirements listed on the certificate of title, watercare application or fees, wel connection fee, vehicle crossing. These costs vary from site to site, but can be priced and added at your request for a "turn key" solution.
