Builtsmart Gisborne 

The joint venture between Builtsmart and Toitu Tairawhiti in Gisborne, is a heartwarming tale of Kotahitanga and Manaakitanga, a collaboration with a shared vision of making a positive impact.

Together, we established a state-of-the-art 6-bay smart shelter factory. More than just a building project, it is a testament to the power of unity. The factory not only generates employment opportunities for local iwi and tradespeople, but is also a beacon of hope for families along the coast who are in dire need of warm affordable housing.
